So recently and by recently I mean in the past two or three months the "mouse" portion of my intuos tablet has been on the fritz.  I've been steadily ignoring it but I could no longer.  When I went to check the price of new ones I was like "Fuck that noise" and emailed tech support to find what the fluffy was wrong with it.

I sent the simple message saying.

"Recently I've been having problems with my mouse and the clicks aren't registering. Help?"

After about 2 or 3 days I received an email. Open it up and read.

"It sounds like you might be having a problem with your mouse.  Please call our tech support phone number"

I facedesked so hard I started bleeding.  I replied back...

"No fluffy kidding my mouse is having a problem.  I just told you that the clicking is not registering.  And more importantly is the tech number free?"

I laughed and shrugged it off, about 2 or three more days later I received another message.  Surely this one would have more info to it yes?

"Most likely the clicking is not registering.  The tech support number is toll free.  If your'e with in your two year warranty we'll replace the mouse for you."

A bit more informative...but I think they aren't going to help me unless I call them.  Well fluffy, let's give them a call tomorrow.
